Terms and conditions of ARMA24 website
General conditions
The following Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for the use of the ARMA24 Service. Everyone using the ARMA24 Service is required to read the Terms and Conditions. The User declares that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the Terms and Conditions and thus, by using the Service, agrees with its provisions.
The ARMA24 service is a platform that allows Users to post Advertisements for items related to the broadly defined field of militaria. The website is dedicated mainly to the lovers of firearms, blacksmiths, pneumatic weapons and accessories and equipment for shooters and lovers of self-defense, survival and related fields. The purpose of the Service is to facilitate the Users to establish contacts leading to the finalization of transactions for the sale and purchase of advertised items.
The ARMA24 Service is not a Seller of any items shown as Advertisements. Thanks to the functionality of the ARMA24 Service between Sellers and Buyers, the price for the item displayed for sale may be established by means of Auction, Auction or BuyNow option or agreement of the parties.
ARMA24 Website is not a party to the transaction or intermediates in the conclusion of contracts between Users of the Website. Decisions as to the conclusion of a contract of purchase – sale are solely in the matter and informed decisions of each party to the transaction, which are the Seller and the Buyer. Contracts concluded between Users are known only to the parties to the transaction.
The Administrator is not responsible for the behavior of Users on the ARMA24 Website, nor for the improper performance or non-performance of any contracts that may be entered into by Users of the Website. The Administrator shall not be responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the items displayed by Users for sale or exchange. Users entering into Purchase and Sale Agreements are obliged to comply with the provisions of the law, i.e., among others, the Act of 13.06.2019 on the performance of business activities in the manufacture and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition and products and technology for military or police use, the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code and other provisions of the law that apply to contracts entered into between Users.
The entity responsible for the operation and owner of the Site at www.arma24.eu is ARMA24, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
The Administrator of ARMA24 Website processes the personal data of Users and Guests in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, RODO and the Cookies Policy.
Users using the functionalities of the Website, such as exchange of correspondence, auction history, possibility of listing items for sale, etc., acknowledge that these data may be collected and analyzed by the Administrator. At the same time, the Administrator undertakes to maintain secrecy while respecting the privacy of the Users and not to share this information with third parties, unless other legal reasons arise at the request of the relevant authorities.

The Administrator of the ARMA24 Website makes every effort to ensure that the services provided to Users are of the highest quality and to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Website. The Administrator has the right to interrupt the operation of the Website in case of technical interruptions. These may be implemented during night hours (22:00 – 6:00), during which there may be, total or partial restriction of the functionality and operation of the Website.
The Administrator has the right to change the Terms of Service of ARMA24. The User will be informed of any change to the Terms of Service by noting the latest update date on the Terms of Service page.
Any disputes arising between the Administrator and the User should be resolved on the basis of the applicable provisions of Polish law.
